STRUCTURE OF THE COUNCIL
M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy is a corporate body formed under the control of Government of Madhya Pradesh, as per the provisions of Madhya Pradesh State Homeopathy Council Act of 1976. Administrators, appointed by the State Government, exercise the powers of the Council.
Presently, Shri Pankaj Sharma (S.A.S.), Deputy Secretary, Department of AYUSH is appointed as the Administrator to M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy.
The Registrar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Council. Presently, Dr. Ayesha Ali is serving as the Registrar in the M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy.
TASKS OF THE COUNCIL
M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy is mandated with the responsibility of maintenance of the register of Homoeopathy professionals in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Towards this end, it deals with the following tasks:
- Provisional Registration of students(prior to commencement of their internship)
- Permanent Registration of professionals
- Revision of Registration (based on either additional qualification acquired or expiry of previous registration)
- Cancellation of Registration and No Objection Certificate (primarily when professionals wish to shift to another State either for practice or for employment purpose)
- Migration Certificate
